Description
1954 Gibson RB-250 5-string banjo with FON 4-2466-11. The following is from the current owner:
I acquired this mint condition RB250 in 2017 from a banjo teacher on the West Coast. He didn’t say where he got it but he has the distinction of having taken banjo lessons from Jerry Garcia in childhood. I replaced the tuners and tailpiece. New head, bridge and strings of course. It’s a museum piece. 4 hole raised head tone ring. A great banjo.
